The Bach Dang location sits right on the Han River with indigo-dyed walls and an open kitchen where you can watch the pizza go into the brick oven. It's the kind of place that fills up fast, so we've got a table sorted.
Beyond the burrata, the Spicy Garlic Shrimp pizza is worth a look, and the carbonara uses cage-free eggs with house-made smoked cheese. Pizzas run from 160,000 for a Margherita up to about 300,000 for the burrata Parma ham.
